Top 5 Ridiculous Comments: You Share DNA With These People!
Whether we realize it or not, we ALL have made ridiculous statements at some point in our lives. We are, after all, homo-sapiens. As a species, we are all related to each other. So I wanted to make you aware of what 5 of your relatives had to say in recent days.
#5) I received an email today from someone named Email Services (when I move my mouse over the name, it reveals an AOL.com email address) warning me what will happen if I don’t click on their link:
“Due to the recent upgrade in our SSL server to serve you better, Please note that all users are mandated to update their login details in other to enjoy the new upgrade. You would be blocked from sending and receiving emails if not confirmed within 24hrs of receiving this automated mail.
You are required to update through the link below.”
#4) This weekly post is an equal opportunity post, not afraid to call out the allies of skepticism when they make their own ridiculous statements. At Ohio State University, A general education psychology class implied via an online quiz that atheists are naturally smarter than Christians. Here is the question asked, and the “correct” answer:
Q: “Theo has an IQ of 100 and Aine has an IQ of 125, which statement is most likely to be true?”
A: “Aine is an atheist, while Theo is a Christian.”
#3) Science and reason is alive and well in the halls of government in Her Majesty’s United Kingdom. So how exactly did David Tredinnick fool his constituents into voting for him? Maybe he had help from the stars above! Oh, and he’s big in to herbal remedies and other forms of “complimentary medicine”.
“There is no logic in attacking something that has a proven track record … I am absolutely convinced that those who look at the map of the sky for the day that they were born and receive some professional guidance will find out a lot about themselves and it will make their lives easier”
Isn’t that right, Mr. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey?
“Those who condemn Hitler day and night have surpassed Hitler in barbarism,” and a few days later clarified his statement by adding “You can see that what Israel does to Palestine, to Gaza right now, has surpassed what Hitler did to them.”
And it gets worse.
#1) This one really deserves a category all to itself. Mike Adams, the infamous and oxymoronically-named “Health Ranger”, oozes the true nature of his heart and mind in the most outrageous piece I have read in some time:
“Monsanto is called the IG Farben of the modern world because its actions reflect the kind of crimes against humanity that remind me of those pursued by IG Farben, the chemical conglomerate run by Nazi collaborators during the Adolf Hitler regime.”
From now on he is Mike Adams, “The Health Deranger” … as in deranged!
