Dr. Joseph Roche, an astrophysicist and one of the finalists, recently spoke to Matter about the bizarre progression of events following his application to the Mars One project.
The bluish area in this colorized photo represents the difference in wavelength of reflected light from the Hapi region of the comet. This wavelength is likely the result of higher concentrations of frozen water near the surface of the comet.
The title is a terrible joke. If you are suffering from Clostridium difficile- an infection terrible enough that the preferable alternative is a transplant of someone else’s poo, there may be a downside to getting that transplant besides just having to try very hard not to think about it for the rest of your life.
