Researchers at Arizona State University have invented white lasers by getting really fancy with nanotechnology.

A University of Washington study published last month in Social Psychology examined the reaction of college-age men to threats against their masculinity. Researchers found that men who were shown falsely low results on a strength test were likely to exaggerate their height by an average of three quarters of an inch while emphasizing aggressive, ‘masculine’ traits.
A Belgian woman gave birth in November to a baby using her own transplanted ovarian tissue that had been collected when she was 13. This is the first case of a successful natural childbirth in a case where the ovary was collected in childhood. There have been successful cases of successful birth from mature ovary transplantation.
